Products
Most of my products (as well as clasps, jump rings, and some of the ear wires) are handmade.
I work, among others, with copper colored wire (copper, silver, gold, brown...) of different sizes (16 to 28 gauge).
The beads I use are, but not limited to, glass beads, dyed mother of pearl, cultured freshwater pearls and gemstones.
A sold item can be created again, on demand, as seen on the website, or with a different color of beads or wire/metal.
Important
Many people develop contact dermatitis when their skin comes in contact with some types of jewelry. The dermatitis is an allergic reaction to the nickel found in many types of jewelry. Nickel allergies are very common. 1 out of every 7 people is likely to suffer from a nickel allergy. The wire and components I use may contain nickel. As a matter of fact, if you think you are allergic to one of our products, please let us know about it, and just send us back the item for a refund.
As everything is handmade, some parts (wire) can be itchy. For that reason, I make sure that every piece is properly cleaned and polished or sand before shipping. Yet, I'm only human :P and some of those defects can escape my attention. If you feel uncomfortable wearing one of my pieces, because one small part has not been well polished, just contact me for an exchange or refund.

We ship worldwide by priority mail :)
For shipping within the US, please allow 1 to 2 business days for handling and packaging,then 2 to 3 business days for shipping.
If you're ordering from outside the US, please allow 1 to 2 business days for handling and packaging, then 6 to 10 days for shipping.

- USA, Alaska, Hawaii : $6.00
- Everywhere Else : $13.00

The Integrity and security of your information is very important to Cornelia-Creations, under no circumstances will we share or sell your personal information with anyone outside of our company for any reason without your written permission.
How information is used:
Transactional information: account info, credit card numbers, billing and ship-to address are used to process and deliver your orders only. Any information input in the site resides on secure, private server. Credit Card numbers are NOT stored on our servers.
Promotions & Newsletters:
With your permission, we periodically send out notifications of new items or special promotions. Please feel free to contact us to unsubscribe from our mailing lists.

Returns:
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. I do my best to give you the most accurate descriptions with texts and photos.
However, if you believe any items does not meet your expectations, I will refund you the entire purchase price, subject to the following conditions :
- The item is returned within 14 days of the shipping date,
- The item is in new condition ( no scratches, damages, missing parts...) like brand new,
- The item is not a custom/special/personalized order.
You can also return an item for exchange if * :
- The size is wrong,
- The item has been damaged during shipping.
In these cases, please return the item with a note saying what's wrong, and I'll send it back again to you (after repairing, resizing, etc...) at no additional charges.
